Great pic's & video RK. You got a whole lot more traffic there than I deal with in rural NM. When i was MUCH younger, I lived in california along the coast around Pismo beach & Grover City, a block from the beach, the good ol days (I think)!

Thx D,
I'll try to be the first rider next time so we can be in the video more.
Yeah we have plenty of traffic here - you never get used to it but just learn to deal with it. And those were the good 'ol days for sure.

This trip was to the local mountains - we saw skier's still on the slopes - night time temps still go below freezing and they are still making snow. Was chilly in the shade but the spring sun is gathering strength.
There was also fishermen on the shore so lots of people coming and going this time of year.

We had a good meal at the cafe - what is it about the coffee one can get at these places - worth the trip just for a cup of that joe. I asked the waitress "Farmer Brothers" - same as the other place I love the coffee. I'm going to find out where to buy that stuff. I just hope I get it to taste that good at home. If i can - I may never leave my coffee pot... LOL.

Next trip is to Borrego Springs, CA - desert climate, expected high temp 91 for Saturday... I'm mounting a water bottle to my handle bars...

Thanks for sharing RK. We're getting close up here. I'm just waiting for a little more rain to clear off the massive salting they do. That and my dirt/mud road to dry up a smidge more.

Thanks guys, it's my pleasure - plus it is pretty entertaining to watch the rides knowing someone in it.
The mountain rides are by far my favorite. The air and the temperatures are refreshing.
