When mines gets dirty I just trade it in on a new one. I thought that was what you are suppose to do! :icon_whee:

Normally I'd agree with you but I really like this 2012 Ultra and hope to keep it a while :icon_thumbsup:

I had a chance to get a shot of it in the sun... looks nice when it's clean. This is the payoff for all that work.

Hey Kickstand, I like your way of thinking! I could get into that, only problem is the "break in" period. Lot easier to break in a new bike! :icon_laughing:
I have a personal friend that trades his cars in when it needs new tires. How funny is that!

RK..suggestion..I think its time to trade up to the technology of a '12 or '13 or '14 and ride with me to Alaska...a once in a lifetime trip...its only money.

A bucket of soapy water and a garden hose... I'll have that baby shining like a brand new coin...
I have had my bike like that once - I got caught in a big storm on the wrong end of a dirt road, with the forecast calling for days of rain I decided to just go for it. Now I wish I had taken a pic of the bike.

Thanks for the invite!! :icon_hat:

I don't know about a new bike - but I am considering meeting up with you. I'm not dreaming about a trip to Alaska though. I will see if I can catch you on your way back and go back to the east coast together. We've got some time to plan that. Who knows, maybe some of the others on here might join in for short legs and some comradery. I think I might be able to petition Headmaster to send out a newsletter to the masses for anyone that lives along the way to meet up and maybe ride with us or just give us the 25cent tour of their necks of the woods. You are right thou - it is a great opportunity - I'm going to do my best to take advantage of it.
