Lets see..theres about 10 inchs of snow on the ground. The last 4 days were -4 to -12 degrees. Other then that everything is going good. Its currently a heat wave of about 33 degrees. Mix in I been sick with a heinous flu/cold for the past week that about sums up my sh*tty winter.

Did go look at a decent sled (snow machine)for a decent price. A 2003 Artic cat 660 4 stroke with only 1600 miles on it for 2500$. A 2 up touring model with heated passenger grips..now if I can get the missus on board I'm good, lol.

Also while sick I inadvertantly put bubble juice in my windshield wiper container in my truck..great. NOw every time I push the wiper fluid button I make bubbles. Hey...its the same color, same bottle and someone put it with the other windshield wiper fluid bottles..just didn't have my glasses on. Can't really determine if any damage was done just yet. I topped off with windshield wiper fluid last nite and its working and doesn't seem to be leaking. Will know better wednesday when it gets up to 40+ degrees. 6 or more years of this sh*t.

You Arizona and SoCal guys are living la vida loca!! Jealous.

I was looking on craigslist and 2500 seems like a good price to me also. 1600 miles on a 4 stroke isnt much .Its not a fast sled. I here you about winter. Hope you get feeling better.....

Hey BI,
just went outside and snapped a few pics of my tangerine trees in the sunshine.

Some of the best stuff on earth to fight a cold/flu is vitamin C -
Doesn't get much better than fresh off the tree -
Feel Better Buddy!!

I planted these trees back in 2000 from seeds I got from a tangerine I ate at my friends house. The tree had so much fruit the branches are breaking under the weight.

I grew up in Missouri and moved to Texas the first chance I had. Hated those winters. Then I followed my job to northern California. Loved the state. Hated the people and traffic. Wormed a transfer back to Texas and here I stay. Rode yesterday it was 35 when I left and warmed up to 40 coming home. Went out again today and it was 40 coming and going. Yet we had snow on the ground Christmas day. That's just one thing I like about Texas. You don't like the weather just wait 24 hours. Doesn't help you though.

To kill time and make room in my garage, I mounted my PRO modified shovelhead on the wall. looks great and it is out of the way with the wheelie bar on it.

I can't imagine what it's like for you folks in the far north. It's about 46 and rainy right now and it sucks. I can't imagine it being -10 and blizzard. As far as colds, my wife swears by Airborn, but you have to use it when you feel it coming on. There is supposed to be something beneficial about Honey and cinnimon.

The Flu has to run it's course, but for your cough I have always used 50% Apple Cider Viniger (Braggs is best) and 50% Honey (Raw is best) for the best cough medicine ever, add more honey for taste, take as much as you want as often as you want, no side effects!!!
