I have, since posting this read that because the CV carb uses vacuum to adjust the slide that the barometric pressure will speed up the action to a point, so to a point you get a modicum of altitude adjustment.

I learned something today... thanks. :icon_thumbsup:

I think I'm going to add a can of carb cleaner to my bike. Yesterday it almost stalled out on me and I think the gas we're getting these days sucks.

I know on my 2001 the Magnelli Morrelli EFI system is a complete failure with the 10% Ethanol gas. While I had my 2001 Ultra I had to add star tron stabilizer everytime I filled her up. What would happen otherwise is it would pop, stutter and lose power. Good riddance. The 2012...rocks out w/out any hesitation.

2015 Ultra Classic Low.

It's a really good feeling when you turn that throttle and everything you expect happens. I'm still getting good gas mileage when I behave. Seems my bike prefers the warmer weather. We had stopped for a short break and seems it cooled more than i realized. After it almost stalled out I ran it up and seems it cleaned out what ever was bugging it. But a carb cleaner couldn't hurt. The gas we get out here has the E-gas sticker on the pumps. I think it needs more cleaner more often.
