Was supose to pick up a 4 wheeler for my other grandson this morning. Had the money, GPS set, up and running. I'm on my way to get my grandson and I get a text from the guy that he has to bail and he was sorry...WTF?

Then my male pit is acting weird. He's 10 years old and seems lethargic even for 10 years old. Called the vet and they are closing and can't see him till monday morning early but...heres an emergency number in case....WTF.

Waiting on a call from another vet.

I hope things turn around for your dog. We have pet emergency rooms around here, but they are not cheap.

What kind of 4-wheeler are you looking to get for your grandson?

Thanks. Had the poochie in the house for a little bit earlier and he seems better then yesterday by a bunch.

4 Wheeler...50cc Polaris predator. Or really any name brand. No chinese knock offs.

I looked on craiglist and saw some of the chinese knockoffs. There is a motorsports store here that sells a lot of the chinese stuff, warrenty and all. It seems like I heard several issues with the workmanship of the bikes. However, I have never looked at one up cliose.

As a pet owner, I know just how you feel about the Pups.
As for dealing with people - tell him no problem, I have another one we're going to look at... Now he's thinking he might not have a buyer...

The chinese bikes are crap. I've seen them up close and they are rough to say the least. We have plenty of Asians here that ride them. They don't compare - yes on paper they look ok but not in reality.

Took "Mel" to the vets this morning. Had a physical, rabie shot and blood work. The vet said he seemed okay(heart sounded normal albeit accelerated) and will know results of lab work on Wednesday. Mel is usually cooperative but not today for some reason.

Chinese knock offs...yeah they are crap. I bought one about 6-7 years ago couldn't find parts for it. Many key parts are pastic and its pull start only. Gas goes in mixed as opposed to the name brand ones which have electric start and the gas and 2 stroke oil is in 2 seperate containers and is mixed as it goes into the carb. Name brand is dewfinately worth the extra money.

Have you checked to see if there's a recall on the type of pet food he eats?
I hear news reports all the time about tainted pet food.

BI- hope the pup is ok.
Anything is possible. Could be the food, maybe got bit by something, ate something...
New years day 2012, I was nursing my pup after he had to have an enterotomy. He ate a chew toy and it got stuck in his intestines. He had a foot long scar on his belly.
4 years before that he ran head first through the plate glass patio door, 3/8" tempered plate glass, sounded like the end of the world. The house shook - sounded like a bomb went off- the glass shattered though the entire 4 rooms that make up my living room, dinning room, kitchen, entrance hall. He needed 16 staples on his head where he peeled back his hide, 8 more on his right front leg.
Nursed him after surgery on x-mas day...
I hope you have a good vet and plenty of money - cause they can do some pretty amazing things these days.
Him and the door in and earlier pic.

Pets, don't ya just love em!!
