I get the same. Is this what they mean by the golden years? Golden years= metabolism stops, you have to pee all the time, your abilities start to noticably dwindle(hand/eye coordination, read and react,periphery vision to name a few). Other then that its golden.....not,lol.

A good book to read that I think can help anyone, but especially in the Golden years, "The Brain that changes itself".

OK guys, here's a tip for loosing weight. I did it and lost 38 lbs. You won't read about it in any fad diet plans. When you get off of work (assuming you do work), instead of going home, eating dinner, watching TV & going to bed... stop at the store, buy your favorite refreshment, mine is Bud lite lime, go right to your shop, work on your HD, truck, tractor or whatever till about 10 at night, drink lots of beer, turn up the stereo, enjoy. By the time you are out of beer, it's time to go to bed, the hell with dinner!!! Only problem is the wife takes a while to get used to it.
