thanks roadking. yeah thats the stock brake pedal. i really like how harley set these bikes up. even stock they look good. glad i got the 08 with the badge on the oil tank instead of the 09 that has the ugly hello kitty cartoon skull. so far its one of the only blued denim crossbones ive seen. everyone seems to be gettin the black bones but i have seen a few with the shiny blue paint and the olive green. both of them are great colors for the bones.

At first glance that bike looks 50 years old, I mean that in a good/classic way...
I always liked that look and of course the "Electra Glide" look....

Just got mine last Monday. So far all I've done is ride it. I did order the matching pillion and sissy bar, passenger pegs, saddle bags and windshield. Hope it all shows up, I'm going to a rally this weekend about 150 miles away and need to haul my camp gear somehow. What have you done to yours ?

thanks. the crash bar is a lindby multibar. I think i got it off of amazon.com. I just my new bars in today. there 16" wild1 chubby apes. just gotta order the new cables so i can install them. ill post some pics when i get it done. What color bones did ya get. i see you have a 2011. I like the sedona orange color harley came out with and the fact that they did away with cartoon looking skull on the oil tank. good luck with your new ride.

Thanks, I was on their site earlier and I did not see any thing for the crossbones that weren't chrome, which seemed kinda strange, guess I'll go look again. I went with the Vivid Black. It looks great but it does show the dust quick.
Good luck on the handle bars they should look really good on there. I like the way mine handles so much I'm almost afraid to start changing any thing for fear I'll mess it up :icon_biggrin:

Thanks. Your right the bones handles great. It's the first springer i have had and i dont think i would go with anything but a springer front end from now on. The crashbar is the lindby multibar #BL1311.

The Unibar shows to fit any softail. These appear to be the only black ones that will fit the bones. Ebay and Amazon sometimes carry them at a cheaper price. good luck
