2001 Road Glide EFI not right

I have 01 HD road glide with 95 ci engine with DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER III USB. I have been experiencing problems with the throttle. It idles fine, but stalls under power and you have to continuously have to toy with the throttle to keep it running when you let off of the throttle. I have tried cleaning the TPS, plugs, and air cleaner. It is still not working. The check engine light stays on and it just will NOT stay running when I try to ride it.

Did you install the pc3? Did the bike run well after the install? Did you try disconecting the pc3?

I did install it and also uninstalled it to get it back to oem programming. Either way it still runs rough.

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Couple of things:
1. Have you checked your inline fuel filter? If it is plugged up it will not let gas through it.
2. Fuel pump working, weak, bad connection or on it's way out?
3. Outside chance on having bad intake seals.

Are you in Southern California?
