Where to get a tensioner repair kit.....?

Can anyone help me with contact info for a vendor that I can get a CYCO tensioner repair kit from?
I need to replace the shoe on my secondary tensioner, and CYCO doesn't deal with individuals, and the only shop near me that has them won't sell me the kit unless I have them do the work!

another dealer near you?
google cyco and see if you can buy one online.
