Newbie here guys, Rocky from Tampa. I have a 09 Street Bob that I put a Heavy Breather and a Vance & Hines 2 into 1 Big Radius on. My question is who should I have do the tuning? I dont want to ride it till I get that work done as I'm sure it's running lean now. I see these guys at Bike nights with mobile dynos and wonder if that is the way to go. Also how much will I expect to spend on it. I'm not very familiar with the power modules that are available. Bottom line is, what is the best way to go. Thanks for any info.

When it comes to any repairs make sure you go to someone you can find later.
doesn't matter if it's a guy in his home shop or a dealership but I'd stay away from booths at bike night.

You can have it cheap.
You can have it fast.
You can have high quality.
PICK ANY 2....

Heck, I'd stay away from the hotdog booths on bike night! Find a shop with a dyno and a guy good with code. I went with the super-tuner and it's the best 400 bucks I ever spent.

Here is a very safe and reasonable solution. Harley Davidson has plug in ecm's that you can buy. Last time I looked was a while back but they were around $250. You take your old ecm out and plug in the stage 1, 2 or 3 and away you go. No dyno no bs. The dealer may even help you choose the one that would best fit your mods.

How do you know if your bike is running too lean. Check your plugs if the residue is whitish, to lean, black to rich, in between is what you want. Chocolate color is what you want. If you get it then you will be good to go. Get your new ecm and check your plugs.

Do you need a topcase, bags or crashbars from Touratech, GIVI, SW-Motech or Hepco&Becker? https://www.motorcycle-luggage-shop.com
