Made my last payment a few days ago. She's now all mine. Waiting for the title! WooHoo!!!!!

Well, it's time to go shopping for a new bike! Although I must admit, I own Betty and my truck outright, and a few less monthly payments are nice. I financed a few things for Spinner at the time of signing and my monthly load is still only 97 bucks. I hate to admit touch-feelie cyber biker traits, but my wife and I buy more latte' coffee at Barnes & Noble than that. Of course, having said that, I am sitting on a lot of new 103s at the shop. Oh, and another thing. Buy some new jeans and boots at the road clothes section. If you're like the most of us--absolutley no respect for clothes and you don't care--you need them badly! When I bought my new Sprocket boots it took forever to get my Havocs repaired at Cecil's Sandals. My guess is that you have a whole bunch of 'thin areas' in your jeans, too.

I hate to point out the obvious, but funny how we now celebrate a brother getting out of debt. I almost feel our amazement at the 'surprise' of the event, like it's a rare occurance.
What an odd pack we are. A biker demands his own life, his own ideals and now his own property, and we act like we should throw a party.
Good job, bro, you beat the system. They cannot take your bike unless they shoot you off of it.

Hey, I got a question. Now that you don't have a monthly obligation, are you planning modifications?
Tell you why I asked. I found that even when I had more money, my yearly investments dropped each year, not increased. Now both bikes are paid off and I'm doing virtually nothing--not even improvements.

Congratulations on the ownership.. It really was yours the day you rode off to it.. Now that you don't have any monthly obligation now, why not insure it?
