We BBQ pork steaks. that is pork shoulder sliced across the bone. bout 3/4 of an inch thick on low heat. cook till it is not pink inside. add sauce after the outside starts to char... if ya got time, take them off the grill and let them soak in 50/50 beer and sauce till the women get the rest of the food ready! You have another beer during this time.
