Was anyone heared of these guys. custom paint. found them on ebay $800 to paint my tank and two fenders with free return shipping. Thinking about sending my parts to them.

I'd get Nubs to paint em, go to the discovery website and look him up.
You can have it cheap.
You can have it fast.
You can have high quality.
