I just got back from my first visit to NewRoc Harley-Davidson in New Rochelle, NY and I highly recommend them. Not only were their sales people friendly and honest (they actually talked me into getting a 48, which was cheaper than the dyna I originally came in for) but they were having this amazing sale- 10% off all new and used bikes (minus screamin' eagles, of course). Needless to say I left New Roc Harley in my brand new 48, confident and happy that I made the right purchase. If you live in the NY tri-state area, (or happen to be in the area) you should def check them out. =)

I also own a Sportster 48, and this past season I actually rode it more than my Dyna. I'm not thrilled in pulling over every 50 miles for more gas, but I got used to it.

I did not use paper money for gas. I would just ask my wife for the change at the bottom of her purse. It got to be a joke at the station I use. They told me that they never had to get coins from the bank, they just waited for me to re-fuel.

(I do have Harley's filling cuff, and I use it when I'm going to be on the slab a lot. That extra 10 miles in the tank might help me get to an off-ramp.)
