Look..this seems to have great lay outs and color scheme with many useful topics. But its a f'ing ghost town. Where are all you shat talking HD riders? I damn sure know you all ain't out riding and to busy to post. This forum is ready to be molded into the forum that you wish it could be.

We all know the usualy bullsh*t that occurs on other forums. This forum is an wonderful opportunity to be one of the best so posy up MF'ers. I do and the reponse lays unresponded to. I am crazy enough to alk to myself and its fun at time too. Its more fun with other crazy posters.

I agree. but you cannot make people enjoy themselves. I'd like a real-deal Harley forum, myself.

As you know I also joined another forum. My take on that area is that it's just a place where dresser drivers go to convince the world that they are bikers. In fact, I think those guys actually like carnuba wax more than bikes. Knowing that, I had hopes for this forum.

I do not know what to think now. I don't want the dresser drivers to find us, that would just create another area for them to "park." I'd like to talk with guys who ride.

This is where I'm torn on the issue.

For example, the people who watch the sales of Harleys often point out that our demographics are in a person's late forties. I understand the idea, I don't fear it. I can see where younger guys want sporting bikes, or cannot afford a really good bike.

However, anyone can join a forum. And I have found that when it comes to Harley forums it's the young kids vs. the old hands. And I don't need that. I want to talk about the bikes.

In that regard, I'm not going to tell that many people about this place. I believe 'selective growth' should be attained.

I've thought that same thing coming here....seems like there's very little traffic here, which isn't bad I guess. I think if we are able to keep things straight forward and just be supportive this can get better...I DO like the format here better than some of the others...

My .02 cents...

I'm not torn....I'm tired of it. Its really bad on the mixed bike forums.

I bet a nice forum would be one geared to the Grey Beards and let the green horns enjoy the benefits of their collective stupidity as we once did, lol.

There doesn't seem to be an established mentality here. And the few comments and posts that I have read or been responded to have been mature.

Bingo!

And I hope they have a tolerance for beg to differ moments here. Just let the posters hash it out?

This is a great forum. They say "If you build it they will come!" It is nice to be among good company.
