I'm 5' 10" and felt my legs were a bit confined on the floorboards of my '07 Fatboy. After digging around on the internet for a few days I came across FBI Jack-Knife Pegs. They basically mount to your existing stock floorboards with a small amount of modification. The good news is I could purchase them and get them installed (FREE) locally at IMTNebraska.com. I dropped off my floorboards at 1130am and they were done at 1230pm - very quick service!

They looks great and I will have a chance to test them out on a quick little trip to Kansas City, MO this weekend. I hope they fit the bill as I am riding to Sturgis, SD next Thursday.

I'll let you know my thoughts upon my return.

Took the Fatty out for a spin last night and ran down the interstate a few miles - not sure I am sold on the pegs yet. The fitment and appearance are great, but I think I may be a bit too short to enjoy the pegs. I think if I were an inch or so taller it would be perfect. I am going to ride to KC tomorrow, we'll know for sure by the end of the day.

Pretty happy with the Jack-Knife pegs. Just did a quick 400 mile day and they were fine. I did make an adjustment in that I also brought my handlebars back about an 1" - BIG difference. Keep in mind I have 16" apes.

I will be riding to Sturgis, SD (600 miles) this coming Thursday so I will know for sure how I feel about the pegs.

Nice to know. I have an '04 FB and was wondering about the jack-knife pegs myself. I will have to try them out. I'm 6' and feel a little cramped on the floor boards.

You
ll have no problems with them. Being 6' they'll fit you a little better than me too. I just did a 2200 mile weekend with them and loved the ability to have more room for my leg placement.

Been looking at the Jack Knife myself. Didnt know how well they would work as I am 6'3''. I do get slightly tired after a long ride with my feet on the floor boards.
