I live in the UK, southeast corner. My first bike, in the 1960s, was an H-D exWD 45 cu in side valve machine with foot clutch and hand gearchange.

Since then I've had many bikes, all singles or v-twins, the last being a Ducati monster and an Aprilia Falco. I'm getting older and I fancy a bike I can enjoy at any speed, rather than trying to get everywhere as quickly as possible.

I think the Softail Slim might fit the bill, as it has echoes of my first bike, but with rear suspension!

I think you would like the softail slim. Low slung,floor boards,big motor and the new M8 motor. I think you’ll tegret not getting it sooner.
