I've been using a damp cloth and ass wax on mine for 22 years now, works great.

You can get all types of leather and vinyl cleaner at your local auto parts store. I use Meguiars leather cleaner and conditioner most of the time.

Ahhahahahahaha, He said ass wax . I'm the same , I'm used to vintage , ok old stuff . I've always been afraid to put anything on me seat for fear it will dry out in the sun , mostly the stitching in the seat field . No stitching exposed on this seat though . Id like to throw a couple pixs up but it says the files are too big ? Thanks Vince

You can shrink the pics in "Open,paint, resize"

try 50% smaller pic. shrink that more if needed, etc...

I have a funny story about one guy that Armorall'd his seat and when he went to stop short he almost slid up onto the tank.

As for the pics - I see Basic gave you some advice, If you cant get them to fit after that you can PM (private message) me using the PM button under my signature and I'll send you my email address - send me the pics you want to post and I can resize them for you using my Photo shop. You just need to make them 600 pixels or less to fit in the pages properly.

Cleaning seat..I wouldn't reccomend waxing it for obvious reasons. You don't want your seat slippery. When I wash my bike my seat inadvertantly gets wet so I wipe it down. That's been enough for 40 years. I did wax it once...it was like a slip and slide.

Great advise, that's the same way I've done it for a long time also. I didn't advise him to "wax" it so much as use what mother nature gives us all.... ASS WAX, you know that substance that makes the seat of your pants shiny after a day in the saddle. Probably equal measures of : sweat, salt, oil and what ever the road throws between you and your seat as you ride that highway. Anyway I have a funny as hell story about a guy who's son wanted to ride his bike. So the kid washes and details the bike to get on his old man's good side. His pop says "I have to go now but when I get back you can take it out for a short ride". The kid ArmorAll'd the saddle, talk about a slip and slide... the guy hit the brakes hard to avoid a dog that ran out in front of him and he about slipped up on to the tank. Funny to see when it happened. We all learned that day about "waxing" a seat.
