Try spraying a little WD40 into new ignition switch ,or take it back to the dealer who did all the repairs, they have to warranty their repairs.

Hammy that is really frustrating bud.i would have thought that by now with the time that the dealers have been working with the bike it should have been sorted.i am sure that other guys on the forum will have good advice to offer. Sorry I can't be of more help, but things may work differently here in the UK with regard to dealers. Good luck brother

Good luck with the bike.
Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Maybe they can exchange bike for you
if you're still not happy with the performance? :icon_rip:

Good luck!!

At least it's under warranty. How ever you may have a lemon. Find out what lemon laws are for motorcycles and be prepard to get a lawyer. If you chose to peruse the lemon law you will get no where by yourself.

My 2012 ultra that was a chronic POS. endured it for 3 years then traded it in. My fault. I should never had bought it. It had 300 miles on it and it was suppose to be "new". Plus 5-6 things were broke on it too.

To expect to be perfect is unreasonable, to strive for perfection is reasonable.

Best advice is bring it back to the dealer and let him deal with it. The lemon law is if you bring it to the dealer and they cannot fix it in a certain amount of tries you have the right to get a refund. Check you laws in your state. Headmaster returned a bike under the lemon law without a lawyer just depends on how tenacious you are. Harley does not want a bunch of bad PR, call Milwaukee up on the phone and talk to tech support and tell them your problem, the whole story and then tell them what you want to do. If you want your money back don't be afraid to say it.

Hope this helps
