Hi I am in the process of purchasing a new 2016 Street Glide and would like to take of my old passing lights from my 2012 Street Glide and put them onto my new bike as they are still as good as new, as well as the Chrome wing mirrors as they have Led indicators in them but I have been told that they will not fit the new model batwing faring has any one come across this. I thought the outside of the fairing was the same as the 2012 model

I have not, but if the lights are the same dimension and connections then probably a safe bet.

Most everything is different from 2014 up but like RK suggested...check, it doesn't hurt?

To expect to be perfect is unreasonable, to strive for perfection is reasonable.

Take them off and put the original ones back on that is if you have them. When you get your new bike see if they fit if not sell them and get the correct ones. At least you will have made some money back to discount the new ones. Just a thought for you.
