Yeah - It stopped being funny at about 3 feet... Hope they all do well and get though it.

Had to curtail rides this weekend because of the winds. The wind isn't bad - its the debris that gets blown across the roadways and falling tree branches. Better to not deal with it. We never got any rain. Out here after every rain we get the winds. This was a bad storm, no rain but still getting the winds.

As for us - we're under a "RED Flag Warning" Fire Weather.

What happens because the low humidity and blowing winds, a great deal of static electricity is built up and lightning strikes cause fires - the winds blow them out of control quickly.

We just got over 2 inches of rain - that's a big deal with our drought. Been rainy and nasty all week.
Of course, I got an outside job for the first time in a while... oh yeah, it was raining
