Is there anyway to increase gen output?
gen light is on til about 2500 rpm
the regulator looks factory sealed and hidden inside fairing
any ideas?

Might be time to check into a new one - and if you do have to replace see if you can get one with more output.
You can have it cheap.
You can have it fast.
You can have high quality.
