I've gotten good at reading the weather radar - a quick peek and I can tell how long it is before it rains or if it's going to rain.
Out here the weather can change just going over the mountain into the valley - so it makes sense to know whats' going on.

If I know I'm just going to a friends or visit some families, I kinda just go with the last weather report I heard about.

Lot of times I ride off not knowing where, or when I'll be back, sometimes on thursday or friday after work I'll head out and I might be back home that night or maybe not until sunday night....So the weather things kinda nice to know about!

Now I'll say that to some and they'll say..I don't know or care I'll ride no matter what...what ever the wind blows my way.

Then I'll tell some I got caught in some bad weather and they'll say I always check the weather..I never get caught in rain,wind or bad weather.

Ultra have the weather band channel,useful.

We had a week of over 100 degrees days with 8% humidity - this was a good week to check the road conditions - fire storms and smoke closed many roads.

We're looking at a chilly week. It's going to dip into the low 90's.

75 clear skies and ocean breeze - any time it gets too hot out there Mr. Eddie, you're a day's ride to paradise. Just let me know when you're headed out this way so i can play hooky and show ya the place. Last week was pretty tough for an ice cube like me - give me a cool day any day.
