Hey thanks road king, like you I have found that many guys who criticise Harleys have never ridden one,it is just 'what they have heard' rod

If I had a dollar for every import rider who said harley riders were snobs and think they are better, and then you have to hear the ole Harleys leak oil and are slow and don't handle and how the import bike are more bike for the money, faster and handle better all the same ole stuff.

A dollar for every one of them that ended up getting a Harley and lovin" it!!

To me it doesn't matter what someone rides,I ride with guys that ride all types of bikes and if someone starts putting down another mans bike...thats about the time I quit riding with them!

A Harley is the sh*t! Never fails everytime I get on that bike and roll it puts a giddyup in my stride. I don't care if its to the market or to San Diego.

To expect to be perfect is unreasonable, to strive for perfection is reasonable.

I have to admit that the only reason I kept my bike for so long is, it is so much fun to ride.

Yeah there is something to my buddies with the 150+ hp imports as they leave me in the dust going corner to corner. At the end of the ride they walk all bow legged from the uncomfortable position those bikes put the rider in.
The import baggers are sweet rides - just too big and top heavy for my tastes.
Why Harley? If you have to ask... right?

You can have it cheap.
You can have it fast.
You can have high quality.
PICK ANY 2....

Had the sports bikes, the speeding fines and the near misses that seem to go with them, seen the light now I guess, and never had the bond with those bikes that I have with my Harley. As you say'if you have to ask'
