Well hate to say its so. Will be going back to Puerto Rico after a few doctors appointments this december. Will be back in Ponce PR. I like that area, taking back over a business we sold last year. The owner is having health and family issues and needs to get back to the states quick. My GF really likes PR for the weather and business there is really really good. She wants me to go because we'll be there for multiple years or until she wants to retire. I wasn't planning on going back to work anytime soon because i've been enjoying doing what i want for the last few years. But there its not really working and the island is beautiful i'll be surrounded by good looking women all day long...Yea its a tough job but someone has to do it right..:D Will get a bike after a few months found a Harley/Yamaha Dealership and also a Kawasaki Dealership on the island. Leaning towards the FZ-09 or another Versys. Was going to ship my bike over but its just not a smart move. $1700.00 to have it shipped plus taxes and fees etc, etc. I'll keep the Versys so i have something to ride when i come back to visit Cali.

I envy you. I went a couple of years ago and had an awesome time.
We never made it down to ponce but if we ever go back it will be at the top of our to do list.

What sort of business will you be running?

Nail Salon & Spa...It's a franchise called Regal Nails inside the Wal-Mart Super Centers that are on the island. My GF and her sister get each one that opens in Puerto Rico they can either run them or sell them I believe they have close to seven on the island and have sold one as of now. Ponce is very nice not as much english there as in the san juan area but you can get by or usually someone is willing to help translate

I knew a guy from PR back in the 80's when I was stationed in Panama. He was a nut and his wife was from PR as well and she was beautiful. Good luck on your journey.

You haven't had to work for a few years and you can afford to do whatever... sounds like fantasy I once had lol. How did you set yourself up like that?

Change of plans...:D Not going i really don't want to live there and she really doesn't want to take that shop back. Turning down a cash cow but we both agreed its just not worth it to us. We've going to buy a new home for just the 2 of us. Will give the old house to her 2 sons since it looks like they were never gong to move out. She'll work in Puerto Rico during the winter months and back here in the summer. So i'll be a bachelor half of the year. Bonus is the new house is a short distance to lots of great roads for riding.:D
