Just got home from the first long ride on my 2012 Electra Glide Classic. Went to Estes Park, Colorado and surrounding area. About 1500 mi. I'm very happy with the way the bike performed and the comfort. The bike ran great even on Trail Ridge Road at 12000 ft. Averaged 45mpg for the trip. Wife and I are still grinning, It just doesn't get much better. Even with 80 to 100* temps coming across Wyoming. Looking forward to Yellowstone, Cody, Wy. Red lodge,Mt. and Bear Tooth Pass in a couple weeks.

It's easy to post pics here. In the "Post a Reply" page where you write your posts, under the text box where you type in is a Browse button - click it to find the pic on your computer then hit the "Add the file" button. You can add 5 (I think) pics per post - the only thing is they have to be the right size to post - the page will tell you the dimensions and file size limit.

Good on you Gramps.
I too have a 2012 Ultra and can't say enough good about it. I think 2012 was a good year for production Electraglides. Big 180 dual compound rear tire, 6 speed 6 gallon gas tank. Factory oil cooler. 103 motor..the list goes on.

The first long ride my wife and I took was to Mt. Rushmore, Cody, Yellowstone, and Jackson Hole. We live in Southwest Missouri, which is beautiful, but that is God's Country out there. Everyday the WOW factor went up.

I can't get the pictures to post. I don't see it saying anything about pic size either. I'll keep trying.
