Warm day but great for a ride. Todays ride was a little intresting to say the least.

I got a kick out of the conversation with the pivot head glasses... I'm gonna have to be careful what I say when you have them on :icon_laughing:

Yeah the roads were pretty technical on this ride - Poor MK - she really had a day of it, must have been the heat. :icon_flame:

Great Job!! - As always... I recognized a bunch of the roads and land marks - almost like being there. Sorry I wasn't able to make this one - the up side - the dog is getting better!!

It does have a zoom feature i just never use it. But i recropped it and added a few more freeze frames for ya. :icon_razz:

Have Mary Kay watch this video or any you tube video about "How to pick up a motorcycle":. I used this technique to lift up my Ultra a couple years ago(2008). This video is by the ride like a pro guy.

Mary Kay should have considered a street glide or even one of the Softail model.

We got a young kid here that bought a 2012 Kawasaki 1000 Ninja with about a 33 inch seat height. He's dumped it twice so far on his driveway. He's on his tippy toes at best

She had a Harley up until last year when she got the goldwing. She wouldn't even attempt to lift a bike she'd just wait for someone to come along to do it for her. I've had to hold her bike up for her when she parked on an incline before.

Its seems like the GW is a little steep for MaryKay. And that she's a situation waiting to happen every ride.

I've helped a 2 wheeled damsel in distress a bunch of times over the years. One time even one that thought she was out of gas....she'd forgotten to turn the gas to "on". One whose bike fell over as she pulled into a gas station. Still another whose bike wouldn't start for wiring issues. Seems like the chivalry thing to do at the time?

pivot video glasses are cool and not cheap. Surprisingly excellent picture and sound. Do people suspect they are being video'd and recorded?
