Good thing I didn't effort the Zumo 665. I wrote MOCO about it and here is the response:

Quote:
Hi John,

Thanks for contacting the H-D Online Store. The zumo 665, P/N 76000014, is obsolete.

Best Regards,

Raquel "Rocky" Potosnyak

But it is still sold in the stealerships? Probaly duping the unsuspecting consumer until all the over stock Zumo 665 is gone...no service after the sale I'm sure. And why that one rider/owner was having no luck getting MOCO to assist him in dialing in the problem he was having with the Zumo 665 that they installed.

that is just too funny - and sadly true -

I have a question - when you listen to the radio - is it through speakers in your helmet or on the dash?
I can't hear anything with the wind and motor running at highway speeds so I'm assuming that you have it piped into your helmet...

You can have it cheap.

The speaker switch allows you to do a combo of things. Music thru speakers only, thru head phones only or both.

The sound is the shit. There are 4 x 20 watt speakers on the Ultra..loud as you want it to be.

I wish I would have taken a photo of this vender at Laconia...he had several baggers that he had pumped the volume up with woofers and amplifiers. The bikes banged just as loud and clear as the freakiest tuner car. If I was into boulevard cruising and show boating that set up was the sh*t.

Is the helmet wire-less? Did you buy the helmet special for speakers? As you know my bike is naked when it comes to speakers but having some tunes would be pretty cool on the longer rides...

RK...no they have rider and passneger CV ports to plug in the head gear for communication.

They do have these little but powerful MP3 speakers that discreetly attach to Road King handlebars allowing you to use IPOD's and MP3's. Heres just a few examples of whats out there. In my experience tunes inhance a ride.
