Some of you may have read recently that I took over the Organizers Position for our local motorcycle riding group.
I was asked to come up with a new T-shirt. I did some of this and a little of that and here's what I came up with.

http://www.meetup.com/MotorcycleAdventures/messages/boards/thread/41805602

Check it out, I'm open to feed back.

If you are interested or maybe know someone that might want a souvenir from Sunny Southern California you can follow the directions on the link page.

Appreciated to all - roadking :icon_hat:

Thanks Eddie,
coming from you - that is a complement. :icon_thumbsup:

I'm working on our hats now - can't get too detailed - embroidery doesn't work the same way.

No patches, just printed T's and embroidered hats.

I'm having a hard time getting the membership motivated. We have some really active and supporting members but it seems the majority of the others are just not interested to that level of commitment. They might go on a ride now and then but not regularly.

My most active members are great - they are a blast to ride and hang with. It's still too soon to tell but usually there would be more interest if there were people interested in what's going on. I'm a do'er and impatient - I have to just let it go for a week and then see where the interest is.

I was hoping for more people to get behind the project. The costs are too much for just one person to bare.

I was going to go with a "lighter" version of the rider for the hat 0R I was going to go with our group logo below.
I'll have to change the color on the text to white and give the hat a light color outline to stand out on a black cap.

Any ideas are always appreciated - thanks.

Eddie,
Yeah - I'd love to say I'm an artist - BUT - It's all old school photo shop.

I wish i could do what you do - that is real talent!! :icon_hat:

Here's another version - a little more sinister - the dark shadowing creates that dark effect...

So far the rider has his following - I'm either way - I like both design styles. The Skull has a hard look that gets lost on the rider's smaller scale. I like the rider - because I can add the effect of movement - he's supposed to look like he's riding off the page... the skull is suppose to look like it just burned through the fabric of time and emerged glowing... :icon_winking:

I think I've been looking at them too long :icon_laughing: :icon_whee:

Hey BI - if you're serious, I have no info on the club you're asking about :icon_laughing:

Your doing pretty good to me. This one may be better for a club shirt because the lettering fits on easier. The other would be used for art on a shirt without any words printed on it. Most MC's out there keep their artwork simple. The second one without the flames fits that needed simplicity pretty well. Outlining the art with a white line makes the art pop better but doesn't give you the effect your looking for. This one gives you that effect and as you know I like sinister so I like this one is the best. :icon_thumbsup:
