HISTORY: I have been doing these Gauge Mods for several years for the HD gauges both Large and Small. In addition I will mod the HK radio faceplate to match the gauges. I have Facebook site listed as well. https://www.facebook.com/gaugeinfo for additional pics and info.

WHEN AM I AVAILABLE TO DO YOUR MOD? I started this as a project to pass the time in the winter months! I seem to get crazy in the winter months as I am a summer person. This project has turned into a larger project then I had envisioned. I am still only doing these mods to pass the time and complete them on evenings and weekends when my PLAY schedule allows. This is why I need your help in coordinating the shipping/ special color LED etc information.

WINTER SCHEDULE: NOVEMBER- END MARCH

SUMMER SCHEDULE: APRIL- END OCTOBER is by SCHEDULING the MODS on a one on one basis, thus this keeps return time down and also allows me time for Bike trips! To "lock" in your summer mod time (and Winter also) I request you to pay as soon as you are able as this is used to log your time frame for the mod to be completed. If I receive another request and they pay prior to yours then they have the MOD time.

SELECTING YOUR COLOR CHOICE: Please review the Pics of the many combo's that are available in the Picture/My upload section. PLEASE excuse the poor pic quality on some of the pics as the White needles DO NOT bleed into the rest of the gauge in real life! I have tried to add a "combo" number to each Pic so you can reference this in your email to me. Email me at info@gaugeledmods.com for any questions and to set up a time for your mod. I will forward you the information of were to purchase the small gauge WLED-X5 LED bulbs that you can install (plug/play) while you have your bike apart.

STOCK COLORS: I normally only stock the following LED colors:

BLUE RED WHITE GREEN for the large gauges. I can "special order" other colors and have done so but they cost is slightly higher for the mod as I do not receive a quantity discount on small LED orders thus I have to pass this extra cost onto you. COST OF the MOD: Your MOD Cost is $80.00 for STD Gauges, $100.00 CVO/Titanium. This includes the LEDS for both large gauges.

SHIPPING: You must pay UPS Shipping to/from 61611 and are responsible for insurance as well. Please ship UPS with a return label prepaid in the box! Remember to ship UPS with NO signature required as UPS will leave package and I do not have to drive to the UPS Depot to sign for the package! I request that you notify me via email that you have your package shipped. This allows me to better schedule other incoming packages to arrive so I can keep return time to the shortest. PLEASE include your color choice, email address, complete name (using the same during any correspondence) and cell number in case I need a quick question answered.

HK RADIO FACEPLATE MOD: I will MOD the HK radio Faceplate to match the Gauges. You will need to follow the shipping above. You will only need to send me the faceplate from the radio as this will save you shipping cost. After removal of the radio from the bike, using small flat blade pop up the tabs were the faceplate meets the metal enclosure section of the radio. This will cause the faceplate to "unplug" itself from the actual radio.

HK RADIO FACEPLATE COLORS: If you are choosing one of the stock colors your cost is $120.00. If you are wanting a "special" color you will need to email me. I will need to check availability of your choice and the finial cost. This special color mod cost has been averaging around $130.00-$150.00 depending on color. Please pay special attention to your color choice as the human eye sees colors at different intensities thus a "RED" for example may "look" brighter than a "Green" for example.

RETURN TIME: Return time (not including UPS) is normally 2-5 days to complete your mod. I try to "schedule" arrival of the gauges so I can complete them in this time frame. I do give priority to southern riders during the northern winter months as most of them can still ride. At times return times may be some longer and if this happens I will notify you as best I can. PAST ISSUES: If I didn't touch base on this issue then I would not be telling it like it is! Please insure your shipment for replacement cost! YES I have had (usually one/two sets a year) get damaged in shipment! Most times this is not due to improper packing but the gauges are very sensitive (needle movement) to sudden "stopage". They are usually thrown in shipping and the sudden "STOP" causes meter movement damage. This is not repairable. I always test the gauges/HK radio faceplate operation for a period of 1/2 hour before repacking and shipping back to you. I DO NOT check the actual operation of the meter (SPEED/TACH) as what I do does not effect this operation. So if it arrives to me not working it will arrive back to you not working! This I am at no fault and will not replace your gauges, you will need to turn in a claim to UPS. The HK radio faceplace is tested the same except I have a test radio I use to power up your faceplate for the 1/2 hour burn-in. I also use my test radio to make sure the faceplate operates as far as its functions are concerned and that my test radio operation (Music. AM/FM, CD, etc) operate. Please note I test the operation of all mods. The Burn-in test only tests the operation of the LEDS and does not test the operation of the gauges (speed etc) nor does it test your wiring in the case of any replacement gauge operation.
