More often these days the news is filled with horrific and tragic stories of mass executions perpetrated on innocent groups of people. The latest from Florida.
The first thing that the sheeple scream is take away all the guns!!!!!!!!!!!!
To that I have only one thing to say: "When all the good people surrender their guns, only the bad people will have them" or basically what just happened. You see that no one there was able to defend themselves. If just one person had a gun to protect themselves maybe there would be more people alive today.
It's basic common sense, arm good people and bad people can't run wild. The government already took away your rights to carry a gun. If I put a gun in my pocket and walked around, the government has already branded me as a nut job or extremest. The media will post me as a threat.

BUT: I would be able to protect myself and those around me when all hell breaks loose!!

How to control the populous, we have rights to self protect ourselves. Don't feed into the "Police are here to protect us" fairy tale. By the time those fine people arrive the dust has settled and the body count is final.

Gun control should be about arming every citizen and training them in the safe use of that tool.

My thoughts and prayers go out to those families and friends of EVERY senseless massacre that has taken place since "gun control" started.

Good point.

There was a facebook post today.
I think Switzerland and Honduras.

Both 8.2 million people.
One said you can't have a gun.
The other said you must.

One has highest murder rate,
the other, the lowest.

It's no secret that Switzerland is one of the safest countries on the planet, lowest crime, friendliest people... Everyone has a gun, given to them by the government. Every home has at least one rifle and a pistol, most have AUTOMATIC SUB MACHINE GUNS. YES, GIVEN TO THEM BY THE GOVERNMENT.

Now, if you look to Wyoming... Low crime, everyone can carry. People don't lock their doors at night. The highest crime rates are in cities/states with the most restrictive gun carry and ownership laws. The data is there, Gun Control is BullSh!t

Fact: Before gun control, when ladies used to carry a small pistol, rape was almost non existent.

There is a very good reason our forefathers wrote gun legislation in 1776, making it very legal to own and carry a protective tool. Not only to protect oneself from the ills of man and beast but also from government control. You don't have to be a rebel to protect yourself, just smart enough to understand that there are forces that don't have your best interest in mind.

There are so many reasons to stop gun control legislation, the main one: IT DOESN'T WORK!!

Here's a news article I came across recently that doesn't seem to be getting it's fair share of exposure....

LINK: https://insider.foxnews.com/2016/06/30/c ... -nightclub

Here's the article:

A concealed carrier is being credited with preventing further violence at a South Carolina nightclub.

Spartanburg County deputies say 32-year-old Jody Ray Thompson got into an argument outside Playoffz nightclub in Lyman early Sunday morning. He then opened fire into the nearby crowd, wounding three people.

A man fired back at Thompson in self-defense, striking him in the leg.

Deputies say the hero had a valid concealed weapons permit and will not be facing charges. None of the injuries were said to be life-threatening.

Thompson was charged with four counts of attempted murder, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

The NRA chastised the media for not reporting on the incident.

It would help if more states would reciprocate other states CCW.

California, NY, NJ and Mass are not user friendly at all. Surprisingly Montana is not as reciprocal as others who reciprocate with Montana. Go figure.

Just came across this news article...
Seems in real life, taking away all the guns doesn't work.

"Germany has some of the world’s strictest gun laws, but illegal weapons remain a threat"

"BERLIN — Germany has one of the world's strictest gun laws. But that did not stop Friday's Munich attacker — an 18-year old dual Iranian-German national — from carrying out his shooting spree."

Our forefathers didn't have a nanny state in mind when they formed the United States. All the police in the world can't keep us safe.
