aha! Thats what I have a pair of. Timberland pro series...non steeled toe. Didn't realize it at first. I only wear then for when I ride my bike to work as they are not trashed.

Those Timberland pro series are most excellent. Best boot I've owned. You pay for it but its worth it. About to shift them to my everyday rider boot and get another pair for when I ride to work.

Herman Survivors - used to be the ones I loved but I couldn't get them out west. On one trip back east I was going to buy a pair but the quality wasn't the same. Timberland's have been around for a while that I know of. If they are made in the US still then they ought to be the same quality and that is rare these days.
