What's Winter?!?!?!?! :icon_twisted:

Well Eddie,
winter is when the sun heads south and the northern part of the world experiences what happens as a result... Think Polar Bears.... um, better think quick tho - I hear they might not be around for much longer... maybe this... think Ice Road Truckers - yeah, they'll outlast the polar bears no problem...Hahaha

Anyway, so, back to winter. Since there is no more sun's heat the landscape freezes over and rain turns into snow. For those in the snow belt, several feet at once is a common occurrence. We all know that motorcycles need to have pavement contact to work as designed. So those souls with motorcycles in the winter must - winterize their bikes. So sad.... :icon_bang:

As for lucky fellows like us - we enjoy the sun year round so winterizing is something we only have to hear about... kinda of like polar bears... :icon_mrgreen:

I'm jealous!

I agree. :icon_smoking:

Eddie, nice to see you. The irony is this is a winterizing thread and neither one of us has that "problem" :icon_laughing:

Hey speak for your self. I winterized my bike. I put an extra coat of wax on it so it would be extra shiny for all the extra riding I'm do doing the next 4 to 5 months. :icon_twisted: :icon_laughing:

I put a warm blanket on my bike the other night... when I opened the garage door the next morning the blanket was on the ground... I guess she didn't need it and shook it off. :icon_eek:
