Was just wondering if we can discuss weapons and weapons being offered as part of a trade for our Motorcycles?

Have gotten a couple of responses to my adds for my bikes, and they have weapons they wanted to use as part of the payment for the bikes I have advertised. Of course I would verify that they aren't stolen, etc., if I did such a trade, but I would also like to get some input from the membership regarding some weapons being offered?

SO the question is: Is it prohibited to have such a discussion on weapons and trades?

You'd be better served going to a weapons type forum. Its seems there is a forum for every this and that out there. I'm just saying.....no offense meant.

The only thing I know about guns is how to shoot 'em, how to not get shot by them... elbows and azz's
I know a bunch about bikes but that wont help ya.

Am a member of several weapons sites and they suggest asking guys on the Harley forums about their experiences with people offering guns as part of the deal... etc.

Guess I'll just wing it... But thanks for the input anyway.

removed my post about 5 or 6 yrs ago

for my Dad's old .22 rifle.

It seemed innocent enough.
It didn't even have the bolt.
So it wasn't even operational.

I guess we made a deal off-site
someone who saw the ad before it was wiped.

Same thing with an old sword.

There aren't any rules against gun posts on here... unless you're threatening a member with shooting them
