Good news, you will probably have to rejet your carb after that work, unless you bought a carb from S&S when you got the other parts. If it pops under load go up in size, with my old S&S "B" carbs I would go smaller till the exhaust started popping at high rpm then go the next size up till the popping stopped. black smoke rich mix go smaller. that was all on the high speed jet. I always found the mid range jet to be ok from S&S. also from Harley on the old tillisons, use t0o just buy and adjustable high speed jet. Use to love tuning a carb a good excuse to get on it.
