Remember when we were kids and if you had a problem with your bike all you had to do was flip it over onto the handlebars and seat? Those were the good old days. Good luck.

One easy way is have a friend hold the bike up straight so the kickstand is out but off the ground. Put pennies in the spaces in the spring then put the kickstand up and the spring will come right off. Take new spring bend it with gloves on and have your friend put pennies in the spaces put the spring on and when you put the kickstand down the pennies will fall out. Take a picture of the spring on the bike first so you will know how to position the new one. DEERSLAYER
