wanting to install a marker light at the rear of my new 2010 SG you've all seen them the little light at the rear of the bike usually left side down low past bikes i've just hooked these up "HOT" talking with some Bro's they agreed I probably should do the new bike differently so i purchased an inline fuse holder a 5 amp fuse all the connectors just wondering if any of you have hooked one of these up yet and as to where I should tie into which wire??? don't want to screw anything up.

Thanks

Hi K9 Cadaver
1. You could run it hot like you did before but use the inline fuse and your connectors. 2. You could run it off of your rear brake light and that would run through the fuse box. 3. Just an idea you could run it off the high end of the brake light the on that goes on when you hit the brakes and really light up the back end when you stop. Just some ideas for you. Hope this helps.

Thanks Glider I tore into it tonight I pulled the side cover that covers the fuse box and there was a cluster with a socket on it probably for the tour pack possibly all i had to do was take a spade lug and cut one side of it off and it plugged right in and it's already fused and i didn't have to cut into any of the wiring so it's all good. thanks for the reply though

Take care
