Is anyone knowledgable about the Magnacharger brand supercharger?
I've had one on my '03 DWG since new. It was trouble free for the first 15,000miles. At that point i decided to go "all out" and since then it has been nothing but TROUBLE! I have twisted the ends off of two crankshafts.
Modifications made:
Boost pressure increased to 12psi.
Axtell cyls. and pistons - 107ci.
heads reworked, compression lowered to 8:1
Mikuni hsr 45 carb
added oil cooler
Primo Rivera lock up clutch
fueling cam plate
screamin eagle 211 cams
water injection
bottom end reworked for timken bearing

I'm, so frustrated i'm ready to part the thing out for scrap!!!!!!!

I don't see a problem, when you say you twist the ends off, do you mean the pinion shaft and or the motor shaft? Have you tried a thunder crank, S&S might have a lower end to hold the power. There are supercharged top fuel bikes out there, so the little power you are putting out should be able to be controled, P/M harleys are putting out close to 200 HP if not in excess of that number, with 16 to 1 compression. They have thier lower ends welded on the pin and the shafts and they hold together.
