I just purchased an 07 Thunder Mountain Firestone with a TC103B engine. I drained the oil (cold) from the engine. Only about 2 quarts came out. I thought it might have been low on oil so I replaced the filter and started refilling the oil tank. It only held slightly over 2 quarts, but I believe it should hold 3.5 quarts. Is there a trick to draining all of the oil? Any help would be appreciated.

Silly Question: Did it come with an owners manual?

You can have it cheap.
You can have it fast.
You can have high quality.

No, it didn't come with an owner's manual, but I have a service manual on order. Hopefully, that will help.

In my experience the manual will always be the best way to go.
I bought my manual and never went back...

You should have drained the oil with the engine warmed up. Also, the dipstick should be removed as well before removing the drain plug.
