And a big thank you to ROAD KING for posting my pics. Believe it or not my bike is sitting on the lift in my garage with exactly 200,000 miles on it, just like when I rebuild the engine in 2009 it had exactly 137,000 miles on it. My bike knows that I am old so it keeps the numbers easy to remember . 200,000 also happened on my 68th birthday.

Can't seem to start a new post from my phone so I will use this one, today I am in Staunton VA. With 200150 for miles. For people on the site that know the east coast I am riding the blue ridge parkway. Yesterday rode over 650 miles with about 75 on skyline drive and at least 2 hours at Luray caverns. Decent weather, when it rains it is only for a mile or two.

Man that is great. I've never managed to keep a bike long enough to do that. I hit somewhere around 60,000+ miles and I'm ready for a change. Done that on three different ones. So this I consider quite an accomplishment. I really wish I'd kept my 85 EG now.

Happy B-day and congrats on the 200K. Harley should give you something for for this accomplishment! Skyline Dr. been there it is beautiful. That is one place that I loved to go and camped out there too. One good memory is of the overlook of the Shenandoah Valley.

Have fun and ride safe and again Happy B-day! :icon_thumbsup:

Now at the blue ridge motorcycle campground for a little rest and riding in the area. Nice people there and basic cabin next to the river
edge. Deerslayer
