After sitting for 2 years no gas to carb. New petcock and line. Also new crossover tube. Any suggestions?

pop the line off the bottom of the petcock to see if you get anything out

you say you replaced the line and petcock, I guess let the fuel run throught the line into a container, if it does that it must be your float needle, you can always drop the bowl and see if the needle is free, can even hook up line and work the float up and down too see if the fuel flows and stops when the float is raised. If the fuel doesn't flow pick up a carb rebuild kit and rebuild the carb because you probably have other problems in the carb. Maybe the answer was to use sta-bil. Just though, did you try opening the gas cap, maybe you are not venting
