Greetings, wondering what the cheapest route would be to either buy chrome covers for the lower forks ,due to them being pitted and all or to sand them down and polish them . Or maybe just relace them with chrome ,which at this time I do not have the $ to have that done right now . If anyone knows of anyone who stocks the covers ,I would really like to know . On the sanding them and polishing them ,does any one know how to do this and give me directions to get this done . Thanks ahead of time for the info !!!!!!

I bought the lower covers and was very disapointed in them. Sent them back for a full refund. As for sanding them I have a friend that did it to his and they turned out pretty nice. You have to keep up on the polish though because they will yellow. If you dicide to sand get the super fine and keep it wet. Only sand in one direction, do not cross sand for it will leave markes. I myself would rather spend the money to get chrome ones. Good luck. She does what I want when I want it!
