hello i have a 91 heritage softail runs well but when i ride her for 10-50 mile more or less, she just shut down, have all lights-horn-cracks over getting gas and spark but will not start, changed relay under seat but still the same thing, just like i hit the kill switch. what sould i do next?? thanks

Hey, cliff..... Was wondering if you ever figured out your problem. I noticed over the years that when a coil would age, the plastic material would develop hair-line cracks (most you can't see). As the coil got hotter, the cracks would gap more & eventual the coil would short out. After sitting for a while it would cool back down & you could crank & go again.
It's a long-shot, but you might try swapping it/them out.....
