HAD DEALER INSTALL NEW RINEHART SLIP ON'S AND AIR CLEANER AND DYNO WITH SCREAMING EAGLE PROGRAMER ( NO WARRANTY PROBLEMS ) RIDING HOME 60 MILES CATALITIC CONVERTER IS GLOWING ORANGE AND CAN FEEL HEAT 2 FEET AWAY. CHECK THE DYNO SHEET AND THEY SET AIR FUEL RATIO TO 13.19:1 AND MY JAW DROPPED I THINK THIS IS WAY TO RICH ESPECIALY WITH A CAT AND THAT EXTRA FUEL. SOULDN'T DEALER MECH. KNOW BETTER . NOW MY RHT SIDE MUFFLER IS GOLD WITH ONLY 60 MILES ON IT.

I would take it back to them to make it right. They should know better! I would ask for a new slip on after they admit that they were wrong. Just be cool about it.

TALKED TO SERVICE DEPT TODAY AND THEY ADMITTED THE A/F RATIO WAS SET WRONG. THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND REPLACE MY SLIP ON AND RETUNE. I ORDERED THE VANCE AND HINES CROSSOVER DUEL TO GET RID OF CAT AND THEY ARE GOING TO INSTALL, SO THEY HAVE GONE THE EXTRA STEP TO MAKE ME HAPPY. THANKS COWBOY HD

I had the Rush True Duals installed on my FLHTK. Reduced the exhaust gas temp by over 300 degrees. Previously, you could make french fries while riding, but now, when you get off after any length ride, you can actually put your finger on the header and not leave skin. Rode to Nova Scotia with the pipes and was very comfortable.
