hey rip

we are here and can hear you. hoping to hear about one or more of the mods you made to your bike and why you made it and if your happy with it or thinking about changing it back. i think the mod i am happiest with is the handlebar switch from stock to a more pulled back position which allows me a more upright position...eliminating neck pain.the bar i chose was the Wild 1 Chubby 1 1/4inch wo508.this was very easy to do in the garage with a friend over (as a spare hand is helpful) and a couple of cold ones in hand. haha livin is good! the funny thing is i am considering a switch to some 12 or 14 inch ape hangers but that would mean several more dollars spent on the braided cables AGAIN. i sure hate spending money twice for the same upgrade.

the finger at ya as i pass ya

Cool. I hear ya on the double and triple spending LOL, seems to be a regular thing with Harley guy's.
I have had apes on my last 2 touring bikes both 13", This bike I have the Cyclesmith's 13" 1.25" and would not have another touring bike without them they fit me just right and elimate the middle of the back shoulder pain that was big problem before with the stock bars. I will never go back. What would we do without beer and buddy's. :icon_lol:
Here a couple pictures of both set I have had.
