I'm going to make this short
I bought a street glide 2014 S
with the much talked about "infotainment' system
There is no factory installed harness for voice activation
the harness is $70.00
The fairing needs to be removed as does gas tank and a charge to "upgrade" software
Needless to say I'm PISSED (not at the dealer)

That is the sort of question you ask when you are doing the deal. The devil is in the details. They would have probably thrown that in for free if you would have negotiated it.
From looking at the specs, it looks like that comes standard if i am looking at it right?
