I AM LOOKING TO CHANGE MY STOCK WINDSHEILD. I HAVE FOUND TWO COMPANIES ON THE WEB THAT LOOK GOOD. ONE IS CLEARVIEW SHEILDS AND THE OTHER IS LONG RIDE SHEILDS. HAS ANYONE GOT ANY IN-PUT ON THESE OR OTHERS I SHOULD LOOK INTO.

I got one from Cee Baileys for my Softtail CVO. Very happy with it. Make sure you designate the right height for yourself fro the normal seated position - do you want to see over it or be completely behind the shield. I made mine to view over the top. Their shields have a forward swept curve at the top to help the wind pass over you.

About seeing through or over...
I "have to" look over the glass cause most times you really can't see through it...
So make sure you get the "correct" height for your sitting position.
