First time post, long time rider. In my younger days, I've owned Honda's and Yamaha's, recently I was in the market for a new bike. When I went to my local HD dealer, I gave him a challenge, show me a bike and I can be comfortable on, and you got a sale. He sat me on dozens of bikes, but every bike I sat on my knees were in my chest. I'm 6 foot 6" but my height is not the only issue, I have a 38" inseam, my height is in my waist down. The sales guy never faced this issue before. He sat me on a RK, changed the seat to a low rider, and said he could put forward controls on but it would only give me an extra inche. sadly, I needed like 3-4" and the seat did not help. I don't understand why the HD engineers can't at least make ONE model with a design where the controls are forward for us tall guys. Hell, they have so many models now, but none for tall riders. I really wanted a HD, but nothing was comfortable for me. My next stop was a dealer that sold Yamaha and Suzuki. I sat on the yamaha, then I sat on a c50 that had some mods on it. The most important one was 3" forward controls. when I sat on it I felt like I was sitting my a lounge chair, really comfortable, after I took a test ride, I was sold. I wrote out a check, and I was gone. I now have 13K on the bike, but still keep my eye open for a HD I might fit on. I have plenty of room in my garage for 5 more bikes. and money is not an issue, I hope one day the folks at HD do something for the tall riders. for now, I'm happy with my c50. Peace.........

First off, Welcome Aboard.
I'm not your height but I have a 32" inseam.
I ride an older RK, with the old frame and higher seat height.
I find myself sitting on the very back of the saddle almost on the passenger pad.
If your arms are as long as your legs then maybe you're trying to stretch in the wrong direction...
A custom saddle and you'd be flying HD colors.
Maybe there is an HD in your future.

You can have it cheap.
You can have it fast.
You can have high quality.
PICK ANY 2....

You need a custom stretched frame. Build yourself a custom bike and get the frame that will fit you comfortably. Just a though. Good luck!
