i have a 03 1200 custom, it is running like crap, it starts fine but rough idle and when i give it a shot it will bog and then blow black smoke, i had it rejetted and it still runs like crap, help!!!! oh yea it has screaming eagle pipes also.

Hi and welcome to the forum! Just a thought it might be your timing. Did someone mess around with the cams that could also make it run badly. You have your ignition timing and also valve timing. Look for a intake leak too. Just some ideas to start off with. If it is a used bike you might want to see if you can find out some of the history about it.
