hello everyone , i just wanted to introduce myself , names dave "bikerdave" to my friends , i just recently became a Harley owner for the first time , i have been building and riding custom built choppers for 18 yrs (all metric vintage bikes ) and this is my first harley a 2000 dyna fxds convertable . this makes bike #5 in my driveway ,( counting the 77 cb750 bobber old school 70's style/ 80 cb 750 bagger custom/78 cm 400 ridged bar hopper/87 kawi kz 1000 police special) this is also the first bike i ever owned that came from a dealer and was running when it got here . i enjoy building bikes and the parts for them , i prefer to build something over buy something , to me it gives the bike some soul if its hand built . since im new to the harley Vtwin bikes i will have questions from time to time , as i mold this new bike into an extension of my personality , i look forward to getting to know ya'll and swapping ideas and helpfull knowledge with everyone . :icon_toocool:
